Campaigns
Before you can proceed, ensure that you have:
- Connected your whatsapp account
- Setup your timezone in
Settings > General
- Setup cron jobs for campaign scheduling
The campaigns module allows users to create and manage messaging campaigns efficiently. Within this module, users can customize message templates by adding static or dynamic variables. This feature enhances campaign personalization and ensures that messages are tailored to individual recipients, improving engagement and communication effectiveness.

: Message has been delivered to whatsapp terminalSent
: Number of messages sentDelivered
: Number of messages that have been delivered to recipientsRead
: Number of messages that have been delivered and read (Only works if the end user has turned on read receipts in their whatsapp account)Failed

Failed campaign message status can be due to several factors, such as:
- No payment method added to Meta: Click here to check out how to add a payment method to Meta.
- Locked Meta business account: Confirm that your account has not been locked.
- Blocked number: Recipient has blocked your number.

- Confirm whether you have set up your timezone correctly.
- Check if your whatsapp settings are okay
- Check if your Meta business account has been locked
