## API POST /api/send

This endpoint allows you to send a message to a specified phone number.

### Request Body
- `phone` (string, required): The phone number to which the message will be sent.
- `message` (string, required): The content of the message to be sent.

### Response
- Status: 404
- Content-Type: text/html

The response will be a 404 Not Found error if the requested resource is not available.
